At this research it was aimed to determine Firat University's academic staffs' job satisfaction and the factors affecting. . it was composed of two parts. The first part of this study was to review the literature on the subject given to the concepts and factors affecting employee satisfaction. At the second part of this study, the questionnaire results which are applied to Firat University academic staffs are assessed.. In this study, The survey method was used and SPSS program was used to analyze the data. In the study, it is determined that 71.5% of academic staffs trust the managing, 78.6 % of staffs are proud to work with the institution,78.6 % of staffs don't think to leave the institution within a short period of time.
